Tonic Projects were appointed to manage the design and construction works for the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed apartment in Belgravia.
The project encompassed significant updates, including alterations to the existing layout, installation of new services throughout the property, replacement of selected windows and doors, roofing works, and the introduction of a new kitchen along with updated finishes.
One of the primary goals of the refurbishment was to adhere to the budget while making strategic alterations that would add specific value to the property. The team ensured that all changes respected the building’s historic significance and met the necessary regulatory standards.
The pre-construction period, which included obtaining Planning and Listed Building Consent, was completed within six months. Following this, the construction phase was executed efficiently, with the entire programme completed in just 24 weeks.
